We are Hiring for a Physical Security Engineer or Security Systems Engineer working on Genetec, VMS & Access Control (with support + upgrades + configuration)

Location: Mumbai/pune/gurugram/ Bangalore/ Chennai

- 7+ years overall experience, with strong hands-on exposure (34+ years) in Genetec VMS, access control, and physical security systems.
- Ability to configure, troubleshoot (L2), upgrade applications/databases, and manage server migrations for security systems.
- Positive knowledge of SQL, networking, Windows Server, IP cameras, and access control hardware.
- Experience with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) and customer/technician handling.
- Willingness to work in shifts/weekends and contribute to integrations, POCs, and agile work environments.
