Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Voice Bots, Chatbots, Azure AI Foundry, API integrations, and AI orchestration. The role involves building intelligent automation solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Voice Bots and Chatbots using up-to-date AI frameworks.
- Build and manage Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous task execution.
- Develop AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Optimize conversational flows, prompt engineering, and AI model performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI applications in production.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Voice Bots, and Chatbot platforms.




- Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI ecosystem.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and webhooks.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLMs, and conversational AI design.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Programming experience in Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architecture, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with speech technologies (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech).

Preferred Experience

- 37 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Conversational AI.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Exposure to Campaign Management platforms and customer engagement workflows is highly desirable.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
