About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Lead Architect for end-to-end design and execution of our upcoming caf and restaurant projects across India.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building spaces from the ground up and taking complete ownership from site evaluation, design, and planning to construction, execution, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of cafe and restaurant projects from site evaluation to final handover.
- Develop concepts, layouts, space plans, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Manage end-to-end construction, interior fit-outs, and site execution.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, fire safety, and other technical works.
- Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, project timelines, and cost estimates.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to quality, cost, timelines, and brand standards.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising design or quality.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing,



and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage snagging, project closure, and final handover to the Operations team.

Who Are We Looking For?

- B.Arch with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in caf, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, BOQs, MEP coordination, and construction execution.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, project planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on professional who is comfortable spending time at project sites and solving execution challenges.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
