Role & responsibilities

Operations Management

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
- Manage OPD scheduling, patient flow, registrations, billing, and front-office operations.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, technicians, and support services.
- Monitor clinic performance, patient volumes, and service delivery standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, and quality protocols.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure high patient satisfaction levels.
- Maintain inventory, consumables, and vendor coordination.

Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and clinic revenue.
- Build relationships with local physicians, corporates, schools, RWAs, and community groups.
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Promote clinic services through digital marketing, social media, and local advertising initiatives.
- Identify recent business opportunities and referral channels.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.





Revenue & Performance Management

- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (OPD conversions, revenue, patient acquisition, etc.).
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to management.
- Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide clinic staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
- Foster a patient-centric and service-oriented work culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

- MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Marketing / Business Administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Management, or related field.

Experience

- 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, hospital administration, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in managing standalone clinics, diagnostic centers, or hospital outreach programs will be preferred.
