Role Summary
We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer (37 years) who is equally strong across PHP backends and modern React frontends, and who can own third-party and REST API integrations end to end. This is an ownership role: you will lead delivery on live client projects, mentor junior developers, and work directly with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver full stack applications across PHP (core and Laravel) and React end to end, from architecture to production
- Design, build, and consume REST APIs, and own third-party integrations completely, including Bitrix24 REST and D7 customization
- Integrate with platforms
- Lead and mentor junior developers: review their code, unblock them, and raise the team's standard
- Take direct ownership of client deliverables, communicate proactively on progress and delays, and handle production issues under live client pressure
- Develop and maintain Node.js services where required
- Debug, optimize, and support existing applications in production
- Drive architecture, database design, and delivery timelines with the founding team

Required Skills





- 3–7 years of hands-on experience with strong PHP across core PHP and Laravel - this is non-negotiable and will be tested in depth
- Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proven experience owning third-party API integrations end to end (auth flows, webhooks, rate limits, failure handling)
- Bitrix24 REST/D7 experience, or deep CRM-platform customization experience (SuiteCRM/SugarCRM/vTiger) with the ability to master Bitrix24 fast
- Experience leading or mentoring developers, with the maturity to push back on wrong approaches and commit once decided
- Comfortable being accountable to clients: clear communication, early escalation of delays, calm under production pressure
- MySQL/PostgreSQL and Git

Good to Have

- Node.js services experience
- Cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel), Linux server administration
- CRM or ERP integration exposure
