Role Summary
This is an ownership role, not an execution-only one. You will own the complete marketing function for two distinct brands, a B2B CRM consultancy and a hiring platform, from strategy through to daily execution and results. You will set the direction, run the channels, and be accountable for the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and calendar for both VortexWeb and FirstGig
- Plan and run digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and email
- Own content: social media, blogs, website copy, case studies, and campaign creative direction
- Drive lead generation and pipeline for VortexWeb, and user growth for FirstGig
- Manage brand consistency across two separate identities and audiences
- Set up and track marketing metrics, report on performance, and iterate
- Coordinate with founders, sales, and any external freelancers or agencies




- Own the marketing budget and its return

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience owning marketing end to end, ideally across B2B and consumer or platform brands
- Robust grasp of digital marketing: paid social, search, SEO, email, and content
- Ability to move from strategy to hands-on execution without hand-holding
- Data-led: comfortable setting targets and reporting against them
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who takes full ownership of outcomes

Good to Have

- Experience marketing SaaS, CRM, consulting, or hiring/HR-tech products
- Experience managing more than one brand at a time
- Basic comfort with design and marketing tools (Canva, analytics dashboards, marketing automation)
