Requirements -

- Should have experience in cold calling, Generating leads through email, and cold calling.
- Good experience in hardcore sales, client handling, outbound sales, and lead conversion.
- Strategic planning to acquire clients in Staffing industry.
- Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship/account managers to generate quality results and manage risks.
- Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients.
- Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.




- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Documenting the sales process and closing
- Creating proposals and presentation material

Qualifications and Skills -

- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to work in the US shift.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong presentation and business skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
