We are looking for a Technical Lead (Fullstack .NET Engineer) to join our Capital Markets technology team and lead the development of modern analytics and trading applications. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise in .NET and React with technical leadership responsibilities, guiding the team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.You will work on client-server applications, contributing across the full stack while driving architecture, ensuring delivery quality, and managing the technical direction of the team.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of .NET-based backend services and React frontend applications

Define and drive technical architecture and design decisions across the system

Break down requirements into technical tasks and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to support delivery

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team

Ensure delivery of end-to-end features across backend, frontend, and integration layers

Oversee code quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

Mentor developers and contribute to team growth and engineering excellence

Skills

Must have

8-12+ years of experience in software development with strong C# / .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+) expertise





Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Lead role

Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and enterprise application development

Solid experience designing scalable architectures, RESTful APIs, and microservices

Hands-on experience with React (hooks, state management, modern JavaScript/TypeScript)

Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and trade-offs

Experience with containerization and deployment (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus)

Strong knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization

Experience creating and managing WBS, technical plans, and delivery tracking

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and enabling their adoption in teams

Familiarity with Agentic SDLC concepts (AI-driven workflows, automated testing, code review, and delivery pipelines)

Experience in capital markets systems (trading, risk, or analytics)

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, version control)

Nice to have

Knowledge of AWS or Azure ecosystem

Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Jest, Cypress)

Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architecture patterns

Experience with event-driven or real-time systems (SignalR, Kafka, messaging platforms)
