Job Description (JD) Business Development Manager -Sustainable Materials & Green Products(Sustainable Acoustic Solution)

Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the business strategy for commercialization of the noise reduction sheet/ Noise Barrier.
- Identify current application and market opportunities across various industries.
- Generate business from OEMs, EPC companies, consultants, architects, infrastructure developers, industrial customers, and government Organization.
- Develop dealer, distributor, and channel partner network across India.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Position the product as a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional acoustic and insulation materials.
- Arrange product presentations, technical demonstrations, customer trials and pilot installations.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, quality and engineering teams for product customization and application development.
- Obtain product approval, vendor registrations, and technical acceptance from OEMs and government departments.




- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, sustainability organizations, and industry bodies.
- Prepare annual business plans, sale forecasts, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.

Educational Qualification

- BE/B.Tech (Mecjanical , Polymer, Chemical, Materials, Civil, Environmental Engineering) OR
- MBA (Marketing/Business Management) preferred.

Experience: 6-18 Yrs
