Who We Are Looking For

We believe in attitude and potential just as much as a stacked resume.

- For Freshers: A 12th passed or Graduate, an eager-to-learn mindset, and strong fundamental communication skills.
- For Experienced Folks: At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role.
- Language Skills:
- Domestic Process: Decent speaking skills in English.
- International Process: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.

- Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy, decent typing speed.

Qualification

- Lucknow & Noida: Any 12th passed Fresher / Experienced
- Gurugram: Any 12th passed experienced.

Working Days

- Domestic: 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational Week Off
- International: 5 Days Working and 2 Rotational Week Off





Salary - Subject to Communication skills / experience

- Lucknow: 13k - 15.5k In-hand
- Noida: 13k - 25k In-hand
- Gurugram: Up to 29k In-hand

Age Limit: - Max. 30

What You Will Do (The Day-to-Day)

- Be the Voice: Interact with customers via voice, chat, or email to assist with queries, troubleshooting, and account updates.
- Problem Solve: Actively listen to customer concerns, identify the root cause of their issues, and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain detailed, accurate logs of customer interactions within our CRM data systems.
- Deliver Excellence: Meet and exceed standard performance metrics, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile.
