Job Description Position: Manager – Marketing (AI Products) Location: Noida Reports to: Associate Director – Marketing Role Overview At Compunnel, we're building an AI-first marketing organization focused on creating measurable business impact across our portfolio of digital solutions and products. We are looking for a Manager – Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Eximius , Compunnel's AI-powered recruitment decisioning platform. This is not a traditional product marketing role. We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution – someone who understands B2B SaaS marketing, thinks like a growth marketer, leverages AI to accelerate outcomes, and works cross-functionally to build pipeline, improve adoption, and drive revenue. You'll serve as the marketing owner for Eximius , partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader marketing team to shape positioning, execute campaigns, enable sales, and continuously improve product adoption across the US market. Key Responsibilities Product Positioning & Messaging Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Eximius across target customer segments. Continuously refine value propositions based on customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends. Translate product capabilities into compelling business outcomes for different buyer personas. Ensure consistency across all customer-facing assets and channels. Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to ensure successful launches. Define launch plans, messaging frameworks, campaign assets, and success metrics. Continuously optimize GTM strategies based on market feedback and performance. Growth & Product Marketing Partner with campaign and demand generation teams to drive awareness, qualified pipeline, product adoption, and customer engagement.



Support acquisition initiatives across paid media, content, email, webinars, events, and partnerships. Drive marketing initiatives that improve free-trial /pilot acquisition and conversion. Support lifecycle marketing initiatives that improve customer activation, engagement, and retention. AI-First Marketing Leverage AI throughout the product marketing lifecycle—from research and competitive analysis to messaging, campaign creation, content development, personalization, reporting, and optimization. Identify opportunities to improve marketing speed, scale, and effectiveness through AI-enabled workflows. Champion experimentation and AI adoption across product marketing initiatives. Sales Enablement Develop sales enablement assets including presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, customer stories, product demos, FAQs, and objection-handling guides. Work closely with Sales to improve enablement adoption and support enterprise opportunities. Enable customer-facing teams with messaging that improves conversion and win rates. Customer & Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, customer behavior , competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Conduct customer interviews and market research to uncover insights. Translate research into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams. Referral & Growth Programs Own the marketing strategy for Eximius ' referral program. Develop campaigns that drive customer advocacy, referrals, and community engagement. Measure referral contribution to pipeline and customer acquisition. Cross-functional Leadership Serve as the central marketing point of contact for Eximius . Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success,



Creative, Content, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams. Coordinate execution across specialists while ensuring alignment with business objectives . What We're Looking For 6 –8 years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 4 years in SaaS Product Marketing focused on the US market. Proven experience owning product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and product launches. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buying journeys, product adoption, and growth marketing. Experience marketing AI, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Enterprise SaaS, or adjacent technology products is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
