- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and supporting PCSM (Power curve Strategy Management) product.
- Proficiency in scorecard module comprehension.
- Sound knowledge of credit policies across various loan types such as small business loan, property loan, personal loans, asset-based loans, and auto loan.
- Strong grasp of Core Java fundamentals including collections, multi-threading, and file handling.
- Familiarity with Java development and scripting languages such as XML, Groovy, and XSD, with practical development skills considered advantageous.
- Previous involvement in lending domain projects, demonstrating the ability to implement Business Rule Engine (BRE) while comprehensively understanding key processes including requirement gathering, documentation (HLD, LLD, DLS, etc.), policy configuration, and SIT/UAT testing.
- Proven track record in solution design and proficient in design documentation.
- Competency in Linux/UNIX environments for application installation and maintenance.
- Positive understanding of web services technologies such as REST and SOAP.
- Experience in delivering projects within agile frameworks like agile scrum or agile lean.
