Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end GenAI solutions (RAG, copilots, agent workflows)
- Build retrieval systems (embeddings, chunking, reranking, search optimization)
- Work with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, etc.)
- Develop agent-based systems (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Define cloud architecture & deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Lead architecture, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration

Must Have Skills

- Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG vs fine-tuning, embeddings
- Hands-on with vector databases & retrieval systems
- Experience with LangChain / agentic frameworks
- Cloud & deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD, DevOps/MLOps exposure
