Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to the production plan.
- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily MIS.
- Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, guide, and evaluate operators and shop floor employees.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Control process wastage, rework,



and material losses.

- Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
- Understanding of quality systems and process controls.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems will be an advantage.
