AquaTrax is a cloud-native SaaS platform built for water utilities, helping customers and utility administrators access water usage insights, leak alerts, high-usage notifications, dashboards, analytics, reporting, and digital engagement tools. We are redesigning our platform into a modern, scalable, multi-tenant solution with a unified Customer Portal, Admin Portal, and future-ready AI-driven features.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically strong UI/UX Developer to help design, develop, and improve the AquaTrax web platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in modern UI/UX design, front-end development, API integration, SQL-based data handling, and working with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Azure.

This role will involve working on customer-facing and admin-facing modules such as login, registration, utility selection, dashboards, water usage analytics, leak alerts, issue reporting, notification preferences, reports, and administrative tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop clean, modern, and user-friendly screens for the AquaTrax Customer Portal and Admin Portal.

* Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile views.

* Work on UI flows for login, registration, utility selection, dashboards, alerts, issue reporting, and customer management.

* Build reusable UI components, forms, cards, tables, charts, dashboards, and admin screens.

* Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

* Integrate front-end screens with REST APIs and backend services.

* Support API coding, API testing, and API data mapping with backend developers.

* Work with SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data-driven dashboard requirements.

* Collaborate with .NET developers on application workflows, API responses, validations, and business logic.





* Support development and enhancement of modules built using .NET Framework and .NET Core.

* Work with Azure-based services, deployments, monitoring, and application environments.

* Ensure designs follow AquaTrax branding, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.

* Improve usability, spacing, alignment, navigation, form validation, and overall user experience.

* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand utility requirements.

* Support multi-tenant utility branding, configurable fields, labels, menus, and custom workflows.

Required Skills

* Strong experience in UI/UX design and front-end development for SaaS or web applications.

* Hands-on experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

* Experience with Angular and TypeScript.

* Good understanding of .NET Framework and .NET Core application architecture.

* Experience working with REST APIs, API coding, API integration, and JSON-based data exchange.

* Strong SQL knowledge, including writing queries, joins, stored procedures, views, and debugging data issues.

* Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

* Good understanding of Azure cloud services and application hosting.

* Ability to design and develop dashboards, charts, tables, forms, cards, and admin panels.

* Experience creating reusable UI components and design systems.

* Strong understanding of user experience, visual hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and accessibility.

* Ability to translate business requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly application screens.

* Good communication and documentation skills.
