Infosware Private Limited a subsidiary of Thinkbotic Technology Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive understanding of HR practices, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee database maintenance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.
- Handle HR policies, employee grievances, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.




- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidential employee information.
- Work with job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Support management with various HR and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA HR preferred).
- Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, payroll, attendance, and labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
