- Provide technical, functional, and business analyst support to end users.
- Assist in developing client project statements of work.
- Responsible for/manage all testing, moving and configuration of changes/fixes into the ERP Systems.
- Communicate project updates including status, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Perform ongoing support services to existing clients via email/phone support and onsite visits.
- Create and/or modify reports for the systems to better serve the business workflows.
- Conduct the various phases of an implementation methodology as appropriate (SDLC, waterfall, agile, hybrid)

- Prior experence in School ERP implementation will be an added advantage
