Location: Noida Work from Office : 6-day work week with Alternate Saturdays off Experience: 1 - 2 years Candidates with experience in Education Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Process Monitoring:
Monitor and track the progress of education loan applications at each stage. -Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.
- Communication and Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding application updates. -Collaborate closely with the sales team and lending team to streamline communication and ensure a seamless application process.
- Issue Resolution:
Identify and escalate any issues or challenges in the application process promptly.
-Work collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Bachelors degree.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
