- Manage client accounts from onboarding to renewal
- Ensure timely GST filings & TDS submissions
- Collaborate with sales team on current business opportunities
- Oversee tax compliance & returns preparation
- Technical Skills
- Complete accounting and finalization of books
- Budgeting, MIS, and cash flow management
- Project-wise cost accounting and profitability analysis
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and audit compliance
- Banking, loan documentation, and working capital management
- Vendor and contractor payment management
- Customer receivables and collections monitoring
- Payroll and statutory compliance
- ERP/Tally, Excel, and accounting software proficiency
- Real Estate Experience
- Understanding of RERA accounting and compliance
- Escrow/RERA account management (70:30 requirements)
- Project costing and WIP accounting
- Knowledge of EDC, IDC, development charges, and authority payments
- Sales accounting, cancellation, and refund accounting
- Coordination with legal, CRM, sales, and project teams
