MBA Intern Business Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated MBA candidate (final semester or completed) to join our Data Science team as an intern. The role focuses on building and standardizing KRA/KPI frameworks across the organization, enabling better performance tracking and data-driven decision-making from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand existing processes, business goals, and performance metrics
- Engage with stakeholders to identify gaps in current KRA/KPI definitions and tracking mechanisms
- Design and define structured KRA/KPI frameworks aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify gaps in existing data systems and recommend requirements for capturing critical data
- Perform business analysis to ensure KPIs are measurable, relevant, and actionable
- Work closely with Data Science and Tech teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Assist in documentation, standardization, and reporting of metrics and performance frameworks

- Identification of data gaps along with actionable recommendations for system improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA (final semester or completed), preferably in Business Analytics, Strategy, or Operations
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into measurable KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Strong documentation and structuring skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Attributes

- Interest in data-driven decision-making and performance management systems
- Exposure to dashboards, reporting tools, or business intelligence concepts is a plus

Stipend - 15000/month
