Role & responsibilities

- Perform the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple regions and business units.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually management reports- such as dashboards, variance analysis, brokerage income, claims expenses reporting.
- Review expense categories, analyze variances, and ensure accuracy and sign off on final forecasts.
- Identify key business drivers and provide insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Month-End Analytics: Review accruals, provisions, and key P&L; movements. Partner with accounting teams to validate closing numbers.
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary between actual vs budget/forecast.
- Regulatory and Compliance Support; Assist in audit queries, internal controls, and policy adherence. Coordinate with statutory and regulatory reporting teams as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) and experience

Hands-on Experience in OneStream and NetSuite systems.

Expertise in performing month end close activities.
