Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a confident and driven HR Generalist who can independently own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. This role is built for a strong people-leader who can hire fast, hire right, and ensure every new joiner has a smooth, structured start. Other HR functions will be part of the role, but hiring and onboarding will be your primary focus and core KPI.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)

Own end-to-end recruitment for all departments tech, design, digital marketing, and operations

Write, post, and actively manage job listings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; conduct HR rounds independently

Coordinate technical and final interview rounds with department heads

Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-deploy talent pipeline to reduce time-to-hire

Negotiate offers, run background verification, and ensure timely offer rollouts





Track recruitment metrics — sourcing channels, fill rate, time-to-hire — and report regularly

Onboarding & Induction

Design and own a structured onboarding journey for every recent hire

Ensure all joining documentation, system access, and workstation setup are ready before Day 1

Conduct induction sessions covering company policies, culture, and team introductions

Run 30/60/90-day check-ins to track new hire settling-in and resolve early concerns

Continuously improve the onboarding process based on new joiner feedback

Other HR Responsibilities

Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and basic compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.)

Coordinate inputs for monthly payroll processing

Support employee engagement activities and handle day-to-day HR queries
