Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the business requirements
- Implement and deploy ML algorithms and models into production environments.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy and efficiency, and maintain the documentation.
- Write clean, scalable, and optimized code for ML models and APIs.
- Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and apply them to improve our platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in working with Python, training / optimizing ML models , NLP and deep learning.
- Knowledge of Neural Networks; CNNs, RNNs, VAE.
- Experience with TensorFlow / Keras, PyTorch, Jupyter Notebooks / Anaconda
- Knowledge of Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
- Experience with any cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods.
- Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering techniques.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of data privacy, AI Ethics and model governance
- Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, etc.) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and experience with CI/CD tools.

Additional Experience Desired:

- Understanding of Software Engineering frameworks and methodologies.
- Positive to have knowledge of NLP techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK.
- Working experience with Generative AI problems will be an added advantage
