We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Predictive Analytics to join our Noida HQ team.
In this role, you will build models that extract predictive signals from massive enterprise datasets (like historical sales, customer demand, and logistics) to drive business intelligence dashboards and automated agent recommendations.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, train, and validate predictive ML models for demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
- Build end-to-end data processing pipelines using Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Deploy machine learning models into secure cloud environments as API endpoints.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement automated retraining loops.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in a production environment.
- Strong coding skills in Python and deep knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on experience with tabular ML algorithms (XGBoost, Random Forests, LightGBM) and time-series models.
- Familiarity with cloud ML tools (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI).
