We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our growing team in Noida.

- Location: Noida
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Experience Required: 3+ Years Overall Experience
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 Year of Sales Training Experience in Cards & Loans Process (BPO Vertical)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct new hire and refresher training programs
- Train agents on Cards & Loans sales processes
- Drive sales performance through coaching and mentoring
- Identify skill gaps and implement training interventions
- Conduct product, process, sales, and soft skills training
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or BFSI Sales Training
- Solid understanding of sales metrics and performance management
