Job Description

Sanderson is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in UK Recruitment (preferred) or US Recruitment with solid expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and social media platforms
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive talent
- Conduct outbound calls and engage prospective candidates
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closures
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Meet recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and hiring targets




- Required Skills:

- 24 years of experience in UK Recruitment (preferred) or US Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong Boolean Search and sourcing expertise
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, TotalJobs, Reed, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment
- Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exposure to high-volume hiring
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
