We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with a strong focus on contract hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process for technical positions while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Experience working with an IT Recruitment Consultancy is preferred
- Mandatory experience in Contract Hiring
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing,
screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Experience hiring for technical roles using platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a quick-paced environment

- Any Bachelor s degree or Master s degree
