Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive P-FMEA to lead Product and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) activities in line with AIAG & VDA standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional risk assessment workshops, identifying potential process and product risks, implementing mitigation actions, and supporting quality excellence across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product & Process FMEA (P-FMEA) activities as per AIAG & VDA standards.
- Conduct cross-functional FMEA workshops and risk assessments.
- Prepare and maintain FMEA documentation.
- Identify risks,
define mitigation actions, and track their closure.
- Support APQP, PPAP, customer audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Train teams on AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology and best practices.
- Collaborate with German-speaking customers and global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
- 38 years of experience in P-FMEA within the automotive/auto component industry.
- Strong knowledge of AIAG & VDA FMEA methodology.
- Experience with APIS IQ-FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 is preferred.
- German language proficiency C1 level (mandatory).
