Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Academic Associate to drive admissions for online Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programs. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their educational and career goals, and guiding them through the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective learners.

- Counsel candidates on suitable UG and PG degree programs.

- Engage prospects through calls, emails, chats, webinars, demos, and counseling sessions.

- Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate academic pathways.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to enrollment.

- Maintain accurate records and track interactions using CRM platforms.

- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.





- Deliver a high-quality learner experience throughout the admission process.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–5 years of experience in B2C sales, counseling, admissions, or EdTech sales.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.

- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, or NoPaperForms.

- Strong ownership mindset and target-oriented approach.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Prior experience in a startup or EdTech organization is preferred.
