- Work from office is mandatory (WFH is not available on this position).
- Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Should be comfortable to work in clean room with project specific limitations.
- Shifts ? Work in different shift timings based on the client need and depending on Release / DR / Onshore Holiday support occasions.

- Technical Skillset:-
1. Experience in Production Application Support(.Net) on Microsoft technology stack.
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly provide solutions to issues encountered in Production and Pre-Production environments.
3.
Experience of supporting web applications on Microsoft Windows Servers and Linux.
4. Working knowledge of IIS(Internet Information Services) on windows platform.
5. Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server.
6. Basic knowledge of Linux.
7. Application Monitoring (Basics). Knowledge on common monitoring tools
8. Basic knowledge of virtualization, storage & Networking Concepts.
9. Valuable Knowledge of ITIL Processes
10. Knowledge on Virtual servers, EMC storage, Domain servers, Active directory is a plus.
11. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
Mandate skills:
APPLICATION PRODUCTION SUPPORT,Processes (ITIL, ITSM),APPLICATION SUPPORT
