3. Adhere to quality standards and call scripts while maintaining a qualified tone.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1.Strong verbal communication in English/Hindi.
2.Basic computer knowledge MS Excel, Email, CRM tools
3.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
4.High level of accuracy and attention to detail
