- 8+years of experience in cloud technologies, IT support, or technical support roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with GCP services and tools, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, and more.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, GCP best practices, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Expertise in automating tasks with Terraform, Google Cloud SDK, or other scripting tools.
- Strong familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.

Certifications:

Google Cloud Certified: Skilled Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer (or similar advanced certifications).

Key Responsibilities

Expert-Level Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for the most complex GCP services and environments, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and networking configurations.

Incident Management Leadership: Lead incident management efforts for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution, communication, and root cause analysis.

Architecture Design:



Work with clients and internal teams to design, optimize, and implement large-scale GCP solutions, ensuring the best practices are followed for performance, security, and scalability.

Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in cloud operations, recommend tools or process improvements to optimize service delivery.

Mentorship: Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow in their roles.

Security Compliance: Lead the effort in ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance for all GCP services in use, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Documentation Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, configurations, and processes for internal teams and client use.
