About the role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and DevOps tooling. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery pipelines, improve deployment automation, maintain reliable, scalable systems, and support the infrastructure requirements for emerging AI/LLM applications

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD

Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads in on-prem Kubernetes environments

Implement and maintain service mesh components (Linkerd / Istio / Consul)

Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications using Prometheus, Grafana

Deploy and manage infrastructure for AI/LLM workloads, including local model runtimes (Ollama, vLLM) and orchestration agents

Implement AI-driven operational tools and integrate AI assistants (e.g., Claude Code, autonomous agents) to automate operations

Integrate quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Vault Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management

Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through DevOps best practices

Collaborate with developers for smoother code deployments and environment readiness Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience : 2–4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role

Strong expertise with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, Helm is a plus)





Familiarity with containerizing and orchestrating AI workloads (optimizing resource management, CPU/GPU allocation, and handling large model artifacts)

Exposure to local LLM setups, AI agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., NemoClaw, OpenClaw)

Experience implementing Prometheus monitoring and Grafana dashboards and alert management using them

Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)

Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management

Good understanding of SonarQube integration for code quality

Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)

Familiarity with Git workflows

Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus (alerts, exporters, custom metrics), Grafana, ELK / EFK Stack, Loki / Tempo & Distributed tracing (Jaeger / Zipkin), and basic monitoring of LLM application latency/token usage

Configuration Management: Ansible / Chef / Puppet / SaltStack

Build Tools: Maven, Gradle (for backend CI pipelines) and NPM/Yarn (frontend pipelines)

Good to Have

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)

Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, Load Balancing)

Experience with log aggregation tools (ELK, Loki)

Valuable to have leveraging AI methodologies or vector databases for AI application components
