We are sourcing experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Consultants for a long-term remote engagement with a leading tech company in Germany. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring both strong technical Data Cloud expertise and business analysis / requirement engineering skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement engineering and business analysis for Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives
- Design and implement Data Cloud data models, segmentation strategies, and activation use cases
- Support integration and data flow between Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Configure Salesforce automation using Flow Builder
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a Scrum environment
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and deliver iteratively
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce Data Cloud consulting (requirement engineering, business analysis)
- Robust technical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud data models, data analysis, segmentation, activation use cases
- Working familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
including how they integrate with Data Cloud
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including automation and Flow Builder
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments with cross-functional stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- General Salesforce App Development background
- Data Analysis tooling/reporting experience
Certifications Required (please attach copies)
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (mandatory)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (at least one preferred)
