About the Role

Akasa Coworking is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Interior Sales) to drive sales for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development within commercial interiors, office fit-outs, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for commercial interior and turnkey fit-out projects.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, startups, architects, builders, consultants, and channel partners.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Schedule client meetings and deliver presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.




- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM regularly and track sales activities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- 810 years of experience in Commercial Interior Sales, Office Fit-Outs, Turnkey Projects, Construction, or Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in handling corporate office interior projects is preferred.
