About The Role:

Theody Svadhyay is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to strengthen our placement initiatives and build strong relationships with hiring partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with companies, identifying placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring successful student placements.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent acquisition who enjoys building industry partnerships and achieving placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring companies across various industries.
- Connect with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers to generate placement opportunities.
- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities, including campus drives, interviews, internships, and hiring events.
- Develop and expand a network of corporate partners to create consistent hiring opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to align student profiles with industry requirements.
- Conduct regular corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Track placement pipelines, interview schedules, offers, and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, candidate progress, and placement reports.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events,



and corporate meetings when required.
- Achieve monthly placement and partnership targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in Placement, Corporate Relations or Business Development.
- Experience working with educational institutions, Universities, staffing firms, EdTech companies, or placement consultancies is preferred.
- Solid network with HR professionals, recruiters, or hiring managers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring trends.
- Experience in campus placements or corporate hiring.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with employers.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of placement tracking and recruitment management systems.
