We are urgently seeking an experienced Voice & Accent & Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication, customer interaction, and interpersonal skills of our employees supporting international (US-based) processes.
Candidates from International BPO background only Key Responsibilities
- Conduct voice and accent neutralisation training sessions.
- Help learners develop correct pronunciation, intonation, stress, rhythm, and fluency.
- Provide feedback on speech clarity and communication effectiveness.
- Design and deliver workshops on communication and customer handling.
- Coach and mentor agents to improve articulation, empathy, confidence, and call-handling etiquette.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent command over spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent.
- Expertise in soft skills training customer empathy, call etiquette,
active listening, and interpersonal communication.
- Good understanding of BPO operations and call center dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 2-7 years of experience as a V&A; or Soft Skills Trainer in an international BPO environment.
- Exposure to US voice processes.
- Experience working with US-based processes is highly desirable.
Advantages:Fixed Shift: (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
Fixed Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
