Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' learning goals, career aspirations, and educational requirements.
- Recommend suitable GeeksforGeeks courses based on individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide a seamless counselling experience.
- Follow up with leads to address queries and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.




- Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on GeeksforGeeks courses, offerings, and industry trends.
- Collect and share student feedback to improve the counselling and enrollment process.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (final-year students awaiting results may also apply).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in sales, customer support, business development, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in sales, counselling, and customer interaction.

Required Skills
