Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop .NET Microservice applications using a layered approach
- Analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to solution design, implementation approach, and deployment planning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions using .NET Core 8
- Develop and optimize Web API endpoints, middleware pipelines, service layers, and reusable components following clean architecture and DDD principles
- Implement and follow standardized error-handling frameworks, logging strategies, and security best practices (e.g., JWT, OAuth2, API Gateway policies)
- Write and maintain Unit Test Cases using xUnit/NUnit, and support debugging and defect resolution
- Contribute to logging, monitoring, and observability by integrating .NET application logs with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or similar tools
- Analyze and improve API performance, latency, throughput, and scalability across microservices
- Design and develop rich UI components and data grids using DevExpress Controls in .NET applications
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support knowledge transfer sessions
- Maintain technical documentation, integration design artifacts, API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger), and configuration details
- Write and analyses complex SQL queries on Microsoft SQL Database for data fetching, validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis; optimize existing queries using execution plans and indexing strategies




- Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and deployment automation on IIS / Azure App Services

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

- Design and build independently deployable microservices using .NET Core 6/8
- Deep hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, middleware, DI, hosted services
- RESTful API design, versioning, content negotiation, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation
- Strong proficiency in C# Entity framework, async/await, generics, records, pattern matching
- Experience with performance tuning, logging optimization, and runtime configuration
- Ability to analyse requirements and contribute to solution design and implementation decisions
- Valuable working knowledge of SQL, including complex queries
- Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in technical reviews
- Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests using xUnit / NUnit
- Global exception handling, structured logging with Serilog / NLog / Microsoft.Extensions.Logging
- JWT authentication, OAuth2, API key strategies, HTTPS enforcement, CORS policies
- Participate in technical reviews and guide junior developers

Good to Have:

- Understanding of Azure basic services, Azure RDBMS and Azure Service Bus.
- Building SPA front-end applications that consume .NET Web APIs
- Designing lightweight, high-performance endpoints using .NET 6/8 Minimal API pattern
- Command/Query Responsibility Segregation using MediatR for clean separation of reads and writes
- Encapsulating query logic into reusable, composable specification classes
- Experience in working with AI/ML and voice agent integration.
