What We Are Looking For
For Freshers:
- Decent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer proficiency.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Experience: 6 months to 3+ years of experience in a BPO, tele calling, or sales workplace.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Salary (Deductions from CTC as per market standards/company policies)
1. Lucknow - Up to 26k CTC (Subject to number of years of experience). Only Experienced candidates are eligible.
2.
Noida - 13k - 30k CTC (Subject to communication skills and experience).
3. Gurugram - 21k - 40k CTC (Subject to communication skills, qualification and domain experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
- Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate solutions effectively.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of customer interactions in our CRM.
- Handle customer objections gracefully and turn challenges into sales opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining brand reputation.
