* Conduct outbound calls to recruiters to establish and maintain strong communication.
* Gather feedback from recruiters through outbound calls to improve collaboration and address any concerns.
* Strengthen relationships with recruiters by providing timely support and follow-up.
* Complete and maintain accurate documentation related to recruiter onboarding processes.
