- 6-10 years of experience in Diesel engine and, Exhaust aftertreatment system (EATS) calibration.
- Hands on expericen in INCA and ETAS.
- Bachelor in Mechanical/ Automotible Engineering.
- Prepare engine test bench specific calibration development, validation and homologation for Trem-IV and Trem-V emissions regulations.
- Focus on combustion and EATS strategies, air handling, injection, combustion, SCR/ DPF and related regeneration/ thermal management strategies, startability.
- Engine calibration, optimization to improve engine performance like fuel consumption improvement, low speed torque increase, altitude study and cold start improvement.
- Support function calibration owner in technical analysis of calibration strategy, in definition of calibration guidelines and procedure.
- Execute engine and EATS development and functional validation activities as per FTP procedure.
- Knowledge of OBD requirements for off-road applications.
