We are seeking dynamic, customer-centric, and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales team. As a Consultant or Sr. Consultant Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, coordinating with Chennai partners, supporting business growth, and representing our premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients and channel partners
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Coordinate and conduct site visits and project presentations
Coordinate with channel partners for site visits
Present project features, amenities, pricing, and investment opportunities
Track and manage leads through CRM and other sales tools
Assist with lead attribution and sales documentation
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for cost sheets and booking processes
Support sales closure and documentation
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders for smooth transaction completion
Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
Real estate background preferred
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings when required
