- Configure, install, and configure Outlook, O365 applications, and other enterprise software.
- Support Windows OS, network connectivity, printers, and other IT assets.
- Provide technical guidance to end-users and assist in IT process improvements.
- Be professional while coordinating with user and follow the defined process.
- Escalate issue to higher level if unresolved for faster resolution.
