Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage commercial projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Oversee interior works, including design coordination, material selection, and installation supervision.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial projects (turnkey projects).
- Robust understanding of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures & fittings.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
