Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads

• Explain course details, fees, and placement support

• Follow up with prospective students for admission conversion

• Maintain lead database and daily follow-up reports

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

• Coordinate with the academic and placement team for smooth student support

• Conduct promotional and outreach activities when required

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 0.6 months - 3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Tele calling, or B2C Sales

• Solid communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work on targets and follow-up processes

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
