About the Role: As a Manager in the Product and Innovation Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses and our own team. You will be responsible for identifying new growth areas, executing strategic initiatives, and building and growing networks. You will also lead hiring efforts to expand our team and enhance our product capabilities, with a keen focus on leveraging GenAI technologies to drive innovation.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Masters degree in Design or equivalent field
- 2+ years of experience within UX / UI, Human-Computer Interaction, applied research, or product design and research
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
