E-Commerce Executive (Amazon / Walmart / eBay) | Work From Home | Evening/Night Shift

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in product listings, content optimization, marketplace operations, basic advertising, order management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during US business hours (Evening/Night shift).

Shift: Evening/Night Shift (US Marketplace Timings)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

- Salary: Rs 20,000 Rs 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.
- Create, edit, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and quality standards.
- Monitor listing health and resolve listing-related issues.

Product Content & SEO

- Write compelling, SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Optimize product content to improve search visibility and conversion rates.




- Maintain consistency in product information across marketplaces.

Order & Inventory Management

- Process customer orders and monitor shipment status.
- Coordinate inventory updates and stock availability.
- Handle basic customer inquiries related to products and orders.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Reporting & Data Management

- Maintain daily reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Track sales, advertising performance, listing updates, and inventory.
- Identify performance trends and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.
- Positive understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience creating and optimizing product listings.
- Strong product content writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, and eBay advertising.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Reliable laptop/desktop with stable high-speed internet.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Experience

3–5 years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart, or eBay marketplaces is preferred.
