Position: Poly Engineer

Location: Himachal Pradesh

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 4 5 years of experience in a Chemical Manufacturing or Continuous Process Industry
- Experience in Polymer/Process Plant Operations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage shift operations of Poly Process (P1, P2 Pilot Plant) and Refine Operations (P1 P2).
- Supervise DCS Supervisors, Field Operators, and Contract Manpower to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Issue safe work permits and ensure equipment isolation/tag-out procedures during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate shift handovers, maintain shift reports, and execute daily operational plans.
- Monitor and verify process logbooks related to additives, amines, PTMEG, DMAC, and other process parameters.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown management and resource planning.




- Oversee unloading and handling of PTMEG and DMAC tankers.
- Ensure raw material issuance based on Quality-approved COA and adherence to FIFO practices.
- Supervise cleaning and readiness of process filters, reactors, mixers, and associated equipment before production use.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures while driving effective plant performance.
