Role Purpose
To support operational efficiency by maintaining accurate MIS reports, productivity dashboards, and data trackers, enabling management to monitor performance, workload distribution, and operational outcomes for UK and India accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management:-
# Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, productivity, and workflow status.
# Maintain operational trackers, including performance dashboards.
# Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of operational data across MIS reports.

2 Productivity & Operations Monitoring-
# Track operational productivity using tools
# Support monitoring of task completion status, turnaround times, and workload distribution across teams.
# Highlight delays, productivity gaps, or operational issues through MIS reports for management review.

3. Dashboard & Data Analysis: -
# Prepare summary dashboards for management showing team productivity, workload trends, and operational performance.
# Assist in analyzing MIS data to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
# Support the preparation of reports required for review meetings and operational planning.

4. Data Integrity & Process Compliance:-
# Maintain confidentiality and controlled access to operational data and MIS reports.




# Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of operational reports and trackers.
# Follow company guidelines for data handling, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Skills & Capability Requirements

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting dashboards).
Experience in maintaining MIS reports, operational trackers, and dashboards.
Ability to organize and analyze operational data.

Behavioral Competencies

Experience
1 to 4 years of experience in MIS reporting or operational reporting roles
